Prototype is an action adventure game published by Activision and developed by Radical Entertainment. This game is set in New York City where a virus is spreading throughout Manhatttan where those infected are mutated into monsters that attack everyone especially Alex. Alex Mercer is a shapeshifting person with no memory of his past but he regains it by absorbing or consuming humans he also takes the form of the person he consumed.
