What's Wrong with this Website?

Yesterday when i was dropping every site at entrecard then I noticed the flickering blogger icon with a blog entitled We live to tell God's "Amazing Grace". I thought of it as a glitch and it gave me goosebumps upon seeing it flicker. When I clicked it, the refresh button is also flickering so i think its a rare occurrence so i recorded it in my video camera.
